With great pleasure, I introduce myself to my new clients. I have over a decade of experience doing both residential and commercial real estate transactions. I grew up in Chicago and graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. I’ve been in Miami for over 22 years but have been coming here to visit family since a very young age. I cover all of South Florida and other parts of the state. I lead all real estate activities, including site selection, marketing, and strategic planning with my aligned partners to maximize new space and creative redesign opportunities. I work through the due diligence process to outline the deal points in a real estate transaction. As a Visionary and Designer, I have a unique skill to identify sites, market opportunities, add value properties and profitability metrics. I’ve focused on key emerging submarkets of Miami and South Florida which continue to experience growth and value for my clients.
I have an extensive hospitality background that really helps me go above and beyond to be more of a concierge to my clients beyond the real estate transaction. The people skills learned from hospitality enable me to communicate effectively with property owners, developers, landlord representatives, the brokerage community, and people from all walks of life. I dedicate myself fully to my clients and continually have repeat business from clients who have had great experiences working together.
I pride myself on strong communication skills to keep everyone informed during the transaction to ensure a smooth and efficient close. I practice attention to detail and listen to the needs and desires of my clients so that I can target specific properties that fit their search criteria. I have strong relationships with the services related to the transaction and can recommend resources to get the transaction done seamlessly and with the utmost professionalism. I am the facilitator of the transaction for my buyers, sellers, and investors. Whether they are seasoned investors, first-time home buyers, or sellers needing help relocating after being in a home for over 20 years, I make it happen for them.
